A2B Ventures is a societal Venture Catalyst — identifying critical problems, designing solutions, and deploying the right people to drive measurable results. From a foundation of Biblical faith and intellectual integrity.
A2B Ventures is the dba of TalentED Foundation, a Texas nonprofit founded in 2021 by Ken Churchill. We operate at the intersection of faith, intellect, and society — where the need is great, the competition is sparse, and faithful persistence moves the needle.
We convene Academics who ideate well, Creatives who communicate well, and Entrepreneurs who operate well — the ACE network. We launch initiatives, build momentum, and hand off to independent operators when the work can stand on its own.
"A2B has outlined audacious goals for addressing critical intellectual and societal challenges. But if they are audacious, they are also well-conceived, strategically outlined, and much needed."

"In a world wracked by evil and its effects, A2B Ventures functions in the hope that our resurrected Lord Christ makes things new."

We don't rush to solutions. We diagnose precisely — because precisely identified problems reveal their own solutions. Then we design, convene the right people, and execute until the work can stand on its own.
God's extreme care and power. Faithfulness to God, as expressed in the Trinity and the Word. Humble courage. Agility. Results.
Durable change requires Academics who ideate well, Creatives who communicate well, and Entrepreneurs who operate well. Relational, not transactional.
We prayerfully pace ourselves. We pursue BHAGs in blue-ocean space — sifting and gelling before we act.
Precisely identified problems reveal their solutions. We ask: What is the problem? Who brought us here? What were the strategies? Where did accountability fail?
We apply the same diagnostic rigor to design, with one shift: not who failed — but who wants us to fail. Then we build against that resistance.
Fund. Hire. Improvise. Operate. Measure. Iterate. Succeed. Then hand the work off when it can stand on its own.
Three A2B initiatives have grown into mature, independent operations. The model works.
Medical students and post-docs equipped to practice medicine as moral agents. Active chapters launched at Harvard, Stanford, Duke, Notre Dame, Brooke Army College, and UT Austin. Now an independent 501(c)3.
A2B diagnosed worthlessness and trauma as the proximate cause of mass murder — and saw that no one was reaching potential perpetrators before they act. We built a website to do exactly that. It works.
A two-day interdisciplinary gathering at MIT seeded the Diálogos dinner series and two for-credit MIT courses on honest discourse across difference. Now independently sustained through the Octet Collaborative.
"Ken's friendship and the encouragement of A2B Ventures helped me move the Hippocratic Society from idea to reality. We need what A2B does: bringing academics, creatives, and entrepreneurs together to develop an institution that embodies a critically important movement."

Our current initiatives address the most consequential problems of our time: AI's effect on human dignity, the healing power of forgiveness, and the formation of moral practitioners in medicine and public health.
A2B's call to ensure artificial intelligence is designed and used for the good of people — strengthening the imago dei rather than undermining it. The Creative Intelligence Index measures AI systems on two scholarly dimensions: Human Flourishing and Clear Sight (Epistemic Responsibility). Developed with scholars at Harvard and MIT. The qualitative dimension — EQ alongside IQ — attends to design intent, relational posture, and the character of the human-AI interaction, grounded in John 14:6.
June 9, 2026 ACE Gathering · United States SenateJesus commands us to forgive in terms so strong that one must ask whether failure to forgive endangers eternal salvation. Research consistently links forgiveness to measurable improvements in physical and mental health. A2B is building a global movement of people who adopt forgiveness as a regular habit of life — in partnership with the Harvard Chan School of Public Health and Drs. Tyler VanderWeele and Brendan Case of the Human Flourishing Program. The Healing Habit podcast is live on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
In partnership with Harvard Chan School of Public HealthThe Hippocratic Society revealed an unmet demand for ethics formation among medical professionals that far exceeded expectations. We see a comparable and largely unaddressed need in public health. Practitioners receive virtually no formal ethics training. Public health policy deserves a foundation of sound moral reasoning, grounded in a Biblical understanding of the human person. A2B is convening Valerie Huber, Erika Bachiochi, Josiah Friedman, and others to scope both initiatives.
Initial ACE Gathering · July 10, 2026Culture is formed as much by story as by argument. The most durable movements have always known this. A2B enters entertainment not as a production company but as a convener and catalyst — bringing the ACE framework to bear on film, media, and the arts as instruments of societal renewal. Developed with Romanian-American film director Elena Beuca and her husband Dave Rogers, whose films carry aesthetic integrity and redemptive purpose across cultural and spiritual boundaries.
Under development · Late 2026A2B advises efforts to reduce mass murder, including Let's Talk to Them (now independently operated with 250,000+ global visitors), an advisory role on the film COLUMBINE, and an anti-bullying initiative. Dr. Jordan Peterson is an ACE team participant. The Forgiving Project and its public-health research are integrated into this broader work.

"In a world wracked by evil and its effects, A2B Ventures functions in the hope that our resurrected Lord Christ makes things new. A2B faces real societal problems, and works effectively to redeem those issues for the good of the people affected and to the glory of God."
"Ken's friendship and the encouragement of A2B Ventures helped me move the Hippocratic Society from idea to reality. We need what A2B does: bringing academics, creatives, and entrepreneurs together to develop an institution that embodies a critically important movement."
"A2B Ventures is exactly what the church and society need — people of faith working with intellectual seriousness and practical wisdom to address the problems that matter most."
Ken Churchill founded A2B Ventures in 2021 to identify critical societal problems, design solutions, and deploy the right people to execute them. He operates at the intersection of Christian faith, institutional innovation, and technology ethics — with a particular focus on AI, human flourishing, and societal health.
Ken convenes the ACE network and leads A2B's academic partnerships with scholars at Harvard, MIT, Duke, and Georgetown. He also leads the Creative Intelligence Imperative — A2B's call to ensure AI is designed for the good of people.

Faithful to Jesus. Innovating Pathways for Societal Health.
These are not separate commitments. The first grounds the second. We work from Biblical faith not as a constraint but as the source of both our diagnosis and our hope — the conviction that God cares deeply about the people his world is failing, and that faithful, persistent, well-designed effort can change things.
We do not pursue pity or polemic. We pursue results — kind, clear, truthful, constructive, confident, and humble. A2B does not back down from conviction. It does not denunciate. It builds.
